Keeping multiple wordpress sites up to date is a lot of work. I recently made the switch to a wordpress network, running a refreshed and refined Finesse theme. This site is not considered deprecated as Content is migrated to the new site and the theme polished up. The future site will exist at this url. You can still view the exist artwork but know the site is not being updated and is in disrepair.

I’ve recently had the pleasure of working with the openphoto project. Among the things I’ve gotten to do is make icons for their twitter page protesting SOPA. Since its promoting open source and openness, I had to resist the urge to use Helvetica or any other of my favorite non-free fonts. I chose Cabin, as its a close relative of Helvetica, but is open source and completely free. Seemed appropriate for this pro

If you are coming here looking to see if I know my stuff, or checking out my portfolio, I apologize for the lack of updates lately. It’s not that I haven’t been working…I have been, but its that many are ongoing or experiments and not ready to be labeled as finished.

While the designs are a large part of it, underneath they use much custom code including alternative tooltips, wordpress integration without theming, and media queries. Be Patient, try the sites, but be warned they are in “under construction” status for a while yet.
